Mandy joined Richard in 2008, several years before Artumi went limited in 2013. With a degree in chemistry, she discovered that coding offered the same kind of problem-solving she loved, just without the noxious chemicals.
Her core tech stack includes PHP, PostgreSQL, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, though she primarily works with Laravel, Livewire, and Filament.
Mandy is also passionate about a surprisingly overlooked detail in fashion: women’s clothes with pockets. She even built a dedicated site to help people find them. Through this project, she gained extensive experience integrating product feeds from a wide range of sources and formats, as well as validating and processing often inconsistent data to populate the site with thousands of products. She also implemented AI tools to help moderate and manage the product catalogue.
